When purchasing a ticket you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
All our events are for anyone over the age of 18.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding anti-social behaviour. Any abusive or anti-social behaviour aimed at our staff, the venue’s staff, other customers (of The Funky Brunch or the Venue) or the local community will result in you being removed from the premises and will lead to a ban on all future event ticket purchases.
We reserve the right to change the food, drink, entertainment offering at any time. This will only be due to supply chain issues, stock issues or illness. In the unlikely event of this happening we will endeavour to find suitable and satisfactory replacements.
Age identification may be required on entry to the venue. Failure to provide suitable ID will result in refusal of entry to the event.
The Funky Brunch are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of any personal items during the event, nor are we responsible for any personal injury sustained during an event.
Refunds
Cancellations can only be accepted up to 14 days before the event. After this time, tickets are non-refundable BUT are transferable to future events.
We reserve the right to cancel any event at any notice. In the event of this happening you will be refunded your ticket price.
Any tickets purchased for under 18’s who are refused entry are non-refundable.
